Dr. Emmanuel Vincent (MD, MPH)

Board Member
Dr. Emmanuel Vincent is a Medical Doctor and seasoned health management consultant with a decade of extensive work experience in public health. He has demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking, project management, monitoring and evaluation, strategic problem- solving capacity, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis across diverse projects with a high standing leadership track- record. He holds an MBBCh from the University of Calabar, Cross- River State and a Master of Public Health from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a certified Global Health Project Manager with several professional training in data analysis in health care, project management for global health, policy development and advocacy for global health, epidemiology for global health, and antennal care- maternal and child survival from the University of Washington and John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Onyinye Edeh

Onyinye Edeh (MPH)

Implementation Science Specialist
Onyinye Edeh is a sexual and reproductive health specialist and a researcher with over a decade experience in national and international health. Her expertise spans various facets, including adept skills in health systems strengthening, multisectoral leadership, community development, qualitative research, monitoring and evaluation, just to mention a few. Onyinye possesses technical knowledge and a deep familiarity of socio- cultural and political contexts in sub- Saharan Africa especially in Nigeria. She has experience working with local and international donors including USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology Minor in Public Health from Agnes Scott College, Decatur, USA and a Master of Public Health degree in Global Health from University of Washington, Seattle, USA. She holds a graduate certificate in Global Health of Women, Adolescent and Children.

Her skills in administration, combined with a strong passion for making meaningful impact in the healthcare system and community well- being, make her an integral part of any team seeking effective project coordination.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Anatomy from University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, a Post graduate diploma in Public Health, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health with specialisation in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Federal University of Technology, Owerri.

Onesimus Waino is a tech- savvy, SDGs advocate, Peace ambassador, and IT consultant with a flair for innovative ideas in science and technology. With over 5years experience in web design, digital marketing, IT support and consulting, as well as team management, he is instrumental in the start- up of a lot of IT companies and HUBs across Nigeria with a proven track record of success.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from University of Calabar, Cross River State, and presently pursuing a Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering from Baze University Abuja. In addition to this academic credentials, he holds professional certificates and technical skills in programming with MYSQL, PHP, JavaScript, ASP.net C#, research, project management, amongst others.

Dr. Beryne Odeny (MD, MPH, PhD)

Principal Investigator
Dr. Beryne Odeny is a seasoned Dissemination and Implementation Scientist, Principal Investigator and Global Technical Lead at RIGHT AFRICA. As a seasoned and accomplished health professional with an extensive track record, amassing over a decade of experience in Africa and the USA, Beryne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in conducting research, quantitative and qualitative analysis using R studio, Stata, Tableau, and ATLAS.tl, amongst others. Her impressive portfolio also includes collaboration with prominent donor organisations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Centers for Disease Control.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, supplemented by Master of Public Health in Global Health, and Doctorate of Philosophy in Dissemination and Implementation Science from University of Washington, Seattle. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Academic Editor at Washington University in St. Louis.
